Collier County Extension
Agriculture Information & Resources

Though we are better known for our beaches, the sub-tropical climate of Collier County makes it ideal for the production of many different agricultural commodities including citrus, livestock, field crops, fruits, vegetables, ornamentals and more. Collier has rich history of agriculture and still is home to a variety of large, medium and small farms.
Collier County Extension seeks to be a resource for improving the productivity and sustainability of our local farms, as well as providing educational resources to the general public about the thriving agricultural sectore here in Collier County!
